Expected Delivery Times

To avoid delivery day disappointments, please allow 2 - 3 weeks for your order to arrive (Unless stated otherwise depending on the product ordered). We understand this may seem like a long period especially if you require your order by a certain date, please keep this in mind. Once your order is dispatched you will not be able to cancel.

 

I am trying to track my order. How do I track delivery?

Once your order has been dispatched, an automated email will be sent to your designated email address containing your tracking number. You will then be able to track your order here.

 

Has my order shipped yet? Why is my tracking not working?

An email will be sent automatically to your designated email address containing your tracking number once your order has been dispatched, that is when you will know your order has been shipped. Your tracking number will be activated, however activity may not be registering to your associated tracking number straight away, please allow 48 hours at least for the postal service to register activity to your tracking number.

If you do not receive this you may of entered the wrong email address, you will know this for sure if you did not receive an invoice confirmation upon checkout automatically sent to your email, please contact us immediately.

 

How secure is shopping in the online shop? Is my data protected?

All payment information is kept confidential and secure through encrypted connections and security protocols in place for example.

My item arrived broken.

Please email us at contact@gallery57.com you will be required to take a photo of your broken product as evidence and include any details concerning the situation, please include your full name and email address you used in association with your order.

 

My order is incorrect.

Please email us at contact@gallery57.com in concern of your order. Please explain the situation as to what is wrong with your order and we will assist you ASAP.

Please note if you have ordered the incorrect product or variant which is reordered on our systems Gallery57 will not reimburse you for your error.

 

I entered the wrong shipping address.

You will have 24 Hours to contact us at contact@gallery57.com before your order is processed and will begin the dispatch procedure, during that time we will be able to assist you in changing your designated shipping address for your order.

However if it has been over 24 hours we will not be able to assist you, your order will not be reimbursed due to the error being on the customers responsibility.

 

Customer & Dusty Charges

Some orders may be subject to local charges. Any customs or import duties and associated fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Gallery57 cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order, nor can we accept a return of the order in this case. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and Gallery57 will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence.

 

Cancel or Change my order

You will have 24 hours to contact us at contact@gallery57.com during this time you will be able to cancel or change your order since your order has not begun the automatic dispatch process as of yet. However if it has been over 24 hours since you have placed your order upon checkout, your order cannot be cancelled or changed. You will not be reimbursed due to the error being upon the customers responsibility.
